The 2015 Buick LaCrosse Comes with Tons of Elegance

The 2015 Buick LaCrosse brings plenty of elegance and luxury design features to a high-performance sedan segment. Of course, that’s nothing new for the LaCrosse, which has long been the brand’s flagship sedan, bringing comfort, luxury, and convenience to customers all over the United States. The 2015 model comes with plenty of powertrain, performance, and technology options to make it a great vehicle for business people and families alike.2015 Buick LaCrosse

The LaCrosse comes in two different engine options, from the 2.4-liter Ecotec four-cylinder engine to the standard 3.6-liter V6 engine. The 3.6-liter engine comes as either a front-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive option, while the 2.4-liter engine is only available with front-wheel-drive. The smaller engine, however, also gets incredible fuel economy, especially for a luxury segment vehicle.

The Buick LaCrosse has a beautiful, curvy exterior design, comes with tons of safety technology as well. There are two levels of safety tech packages, Driver Confidence 1 and Driver Confidence 2, which come with features like the heads-up display, blind-spot monitoring, lane-departure warnings, swiveling HID headlamps, and much more. The Driver Confidence 2 package also features the safety-alert seat, adaptive cruise control, and collision-mitigation braking.

GMC Adds Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Capability to 2016 Models

For many, many reasons, people are not supposed to use cell phones while driving, as we all know very well. However, we also know that we still need to be connected to our phones while we drive. Fortunately, technologies like Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are making that a safe and accessible reality now by allowing you to synchronize your phone with the car’s infotainment system.

These new technologies will be available on select 2016 GMC models, especially the Canyon, Yukon, and Sierra. “GMC IntelliLink is taking another step forward with this simple and intuitive functionality that makes phones and vehicles work better together,” Duncan Aldred, vice president of GMC Sales and Marketing, said. “Like other GMC features, from OnStar 4G LTE connectivity and active safety features, it’s technology designed to enhance the driving experience without intruding on it.”

CarPlay will be available on those select vehicles right from the beginning of the 2016 model year, followed by Android Auto capability later in the 2016 model run.
